About the role

Atlantis The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is hiring a full-time Butler in Dubai. The butler anticipates and collects guest preferences and needs during their stay, prepares the suite before arrival, welcomes guests at the porte cochere and escorts them to their suite.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and collect guest preferences and needs throughout their stay
• Prepare the suite according to guest requirements before arrival
• Greet guests at the porte cochere and escort them to their suite
• Carry out in-room check-in and attend to guest luggage and belongings
• Handle and prepare guest dry cleaning or laundry
• Prepare guest agendas and schedules, including reservations and activities, and communicate with other departments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of butler experience
• Strong teamwork, organizational and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexibly, deal with rapid change, and be thorough and methodical
• Strong command of English
