About the role
The Butler at St. Regis Abu Dhabi delivers bespoke, high‑touch experiences for guests from pre‑arrival through departure, acting as the primary face of the brand’s luxury service program.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized services throughout the guest journey, coordinating with other hotel departments.
- Lead Butler Valets, ensure all supporting teams are equipped to meet guest needs.
- Anticipate and proactively fulfill guest requests, building strong rapport.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and adhere to safety and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of related hospitality experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
