Butler - Luxury Hotel

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which includes more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a full-time Butler in Dubai. The role provides personalized, attentive butler service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring comfort, privacy and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, help with check-in and check-out, and give a warm, professional farewell.
• Anticipate guest preferences and coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge and Front Office so requests are handled efficiently.
• Arrange and serve in-room dining, beverages and special amenities, and prepare rooms and suites to luxury standards.
• Handle luggage, unpacking, packing and wardrobe arrangements, and assist with restaurant reservations, transport and special occasions.
• Maintain records of guest preferences and special requests, and respond promptly to inquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Keep guest information confidential, conduct regular room inspections, and promote hotel facilities with appropriate upselling.
• Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, health and safety rules and perform any extra duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Agent or in a similar guest-facing role in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services or personalized guest assistance is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, strong grooming, and the ability to handle complaints and challenging situations with discretion.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, guest etiquette and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Strong organization, multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
