Butler Manager

About the role

The Butler Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Butler Services team, ensuring personalized and exceptional service for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Butler operations, guest preferences, special requests and ensure seamless communication across departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and service areas to maintain luxury standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching and performance of Butler staff.
• Control departmental budgets, inventory and resources to meet financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and other teams to coordinate guest experiences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in Butler Services, Front Office, Guest Relations or similar luxury hospitality area, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and SOPs.
