Cabin Cleaning Team Leader

About the role

Velora is hiring Cabin Cleaning Team Leaders in Abu Dhabi. You will lead and coordinate an assigned cabin cleaning team so that aircraft cleaning is completed safely, efficiently and within turnaround times.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate duties, brief team members and monitor progress against airline service standards and operational requirements.
• Inspect completed cabin areas and make sure cleaning deficiencies are fixed promptly.
• Maintain attendance, inspection and operational records and escalate service, conduct, resource or operational issues to the Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, hygiene, chemical handling and waste management procedures.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or cabin appearance operations.
• Experience leading, guiding or coordinating a small operational team is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of aircraft cabin cleaning procedures, airline cleaning standards, inspections, hygiene, safety and security requirements.
• Task allocation, coordination and leadership skills.
• Inspection and quality assurance, accurate record keeping and clear communication.
