Cabin Crew

About the role

As the face of Emirates, cabin crew are the point of contact for passengers during flight, helping them feel at ease and giving guidance. Safety is the highest priority, and crew must lead confidently in managing aircraft services, security and safety procedures. Training takes place at the airline's facility in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, observant support to passengers and give them the right assistance
• Manage aircraft services, security and safety procedures
• Deliver an authentic, customer-focused experience and stay solution-oriented

Required profile

• More than one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Fluent written and spoken English
• At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm on tiptoes to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types
• No visible tattoos while in uniform (no covering with bandages or cosmetics)
• Based in Dubai and able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
• Able to handle a demanding schedule and work in a multicultural team

What we offer

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month, plus flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (approx. AED 11,244 total per month for Grade II)
