About the role

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests from around the world and provide the high standards of safety and service Etihad is known for.
• Represent Etihad on every flight, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for passengers.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and a minimum height of 163 cm.
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent) with fluent written and spoken English.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate about a travel lifestyle and guest‑focused.
