About the role
POSITION OBJECTIVE – To work along with the company’s motto of fun, festive, and memorable, entertaining customers while serving. The role covers the entire cake decorating process from order receipt to timely pick‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Decorate cakes to customer specifications using icing bags, handmade paper cones, air‑brush guns and modeling tools.
- Prepare and assemble soft‑serve and ready‑to‑decorate cakes, applying icing, gel, edible images and lettering.
- Maintain inventory of decorated cakes, ensuring backup stock for holidays and peak periods.
- Keep the display freezer fully stocked with an attractive variety of cakes.
- Operate and maintain Cold Stone cake and soft‑serve equipment safely, following health and safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize the work area, rotate products and adhere to hygiene rotas.
- Sample and actively sell products, supporting team consistency and quality.
Required skills
- Airbrush gun operation for cake decoration.
- Proficiency with icing bags, modeling tools and mixers.
- Ability to handle soft‑serve equipment safely.
