Call Center Agent – Abu Dhabi Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Call Center Agent provides front‑line telephone support for guests at a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will answer, log, and process guest calls, ensuring requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and record all guest calls, requests, and inquiries.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, handling wake‑up calls, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relay calls, and non‑registered guest calls.
• Provide guests with messages, activate/deactivate room message lights, and assist with internet access issues.
• Test communications equipment, dispatch bell or valet staff as needed, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, follow up with guests, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, professional appearance, and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Telephone switchboard operation.
• Computer literacy and basic POS system usage.
• Basic troubleshooting of communication equipment and internet services.
