About the role
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide responsive, high‑quality assistance to our clients. This fully remote position allows you to work independently while delivering excellent service across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and keep detailed interaction records.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent, reliable service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated problems.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous client‑facing or support experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with support/ticketing software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
