Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

A long-term Call Center Agent position based in Dubai, UAE, for candidates fluent in Arabic and English. The role covers both inbound and outbound customer calls, lead follow-up and complaint handling, with a salary of up to AED 5,000 per month and immediate joining.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and give accurate information about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions, escalating issues when needed.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and follow up on leads.
• Build positive customer relationships and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly call and performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in call center and customer service.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; immediate joiners preferred.
