Call Center Agent – Guest Services

About the role

As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests of Atlantis, The Palm, handling inbound and outbound calls from a diverse, international clientele. You will deliver warm, personalized assistance, ensuring every guest need is met while maintaining a high‑energy, positive atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of guest calls efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in line with Forbes standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle both external and internal calls, maintaining clear communication flow.
• Document interactions and update guest records as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a call‑center or high‑volume customer service role.
• Strong work ethic and a desire for continuous learning.
• Ability to work with guests from multiple nationalities.
• Additional language skills (Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French or German) are a plus.
