About the role
We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused Call Center Executive to join our UK Desk in Dubai. The role requires a natural British accent and experience of living, studying or working in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally during UK business hours.
- Respond to enquiries, provide accurate information and update records in the CRM system.
- Assign and distribute leads to the appropriate internal teams.
- Ensure all interactions are logged accurately and maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication with a clear British accent.
- Prior experience living, studying or working in England for a significant period.
- Ability to work six days a week, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (UK time).
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
