About the role

Hamilton Aquatics is seeking motivated UAE Nationals for an 18‑month Emirati Graduate Trainee Programme. The role offers structured development across multiple departments, mentorship and regular performance feedback to prepare you for a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational development programme, completing learning objectives in each department.
• Support daily operational tasks and contribute to team workload during each rotation.
• Attend regular check‑ins with mentors and HR, completing assessments and progress reviews.

Required profile

• High school graduate with basic understanding of office administration and business operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation and basic reporting abilities.
