MEA Regional Retail Trainer

About the role

The MEA Regional Retail Trainer will design and deliver training programs for retail teams across the Middle East, Africa and surrounding markets. Based in Dubai, you will support promoters, supervisors and client store staff to improve product knowledge, sales techniques and display standards, driving terminal sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously optimise a regional retail training system, including materials, videos and assessment banks.
• Deliver training to promoters, supervisors and client store staff on product knowledge, sales scripts, service standards and store management.
• Create assessment mechanisms, certify staff and track pass rates while analysing training impact on sales data.
• Provide online support from Dubai and travel to key countries for centralized training sessions as needed.
• Monitor market feedback and competitor trends to keep training content current and extract best‑practice case studies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail training or terminal sales management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong capability in course development and delivery, with familiarity of offline retail environments.
• Proficiency with online training tools and video‑conferencing systems.
