Cashier – Boutique Hotel

About the role

The Cashier will support the Food & Beverage department at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, ensuring accurate financial transactions and excellent guest service in a luxury boutique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare shift, maintain Symphony system, printers, guest checks and folders, and ensure sufficient stock.
• Prepare the cash float, open and close the cash bill, and enter all data correctly in Symphony.
• Handle guest interactions – meet, greet, and bid farewell according to standards.
• Verify correctness of invoices, guest checks and control financial documents.
• Maintain a tidy workplace, personal hygiene and support food and beverage operations as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar cashier or front‑office role.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow Four Seasons policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Symphony POS system.
• Basic knowledge of hotel/F&B software (advantageous).
