About the role
A senior construction leader is sought for a confidential Tier 2 construction contractor in Dubai, specialising in commercial and residential building projects, including mid-rise and high-rise developments. Candidates currently working as CEOs, General Managers or Operations Directors are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, operations and growth.
- Oversee construction operations, project delivery and business performance.
- Drive profitability, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage client relationships, business development and key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic leadership to project, commercial and operational teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
- Strong contractor-side experience in commercial and residential building construction.
- Proven exposure to mid-rise and high-rise developments.
- Strong leadership, commercial, financial and operational management capabilities.
- Indian nationality preferred; preferred age below 50 years.
