About the role
Envision Employment Solutions is recruiting a Change Specialist for a partner, a leading digital bank. With 95%+ of releases automated and pre-approved, the role focuses on the exceptions that carry risk: catching incomplete changes, making sure they are documented before CAB review, and tracking whether the change process works.
Key responsibilities
- Triage incoming RFCs, checking completeness, risk and rollback documentation for those needing CAB review
- Prepare the weekly CAB agenda and supporting pack
- Track change KPIs such as success rate, lead time and emergency-change ratio
- Coordinate scheduling with the deployment calendar and concurrent changes
- Run post-implementation reviews for failed changes
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience
- Background in change management or operations coordination
- ITIL-aligned knowledge of change management practices
- Comfortable working in a highly-automated CI/CD environment
