Charter Sales Executive

About the role

INGENCO Jets is looking for a motivated Charter Sales Executive to develop client relationships and secure bookings for private jet charter, air ambulance and cargo charter services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and generate qualified charter enquiries.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, concierge companies and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate quotations and booking requirements with the operations team.
• Manage follow‑ups, close bookings and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to work under a commission‑only compensation structure.
• Relevant sales experience in aviation, luxury travel, hospitality or medical tourism preferred.
• An established client network would be an advantage.
