Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge will lead the Concierge team at SLS Dubai, a luxury 5‑star hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and fostering strong relationships with local venues and attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of the Concierge team and drive guest satisfaction scores.
• Build and maintain relationships with Dubai restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres, music venues and other attractions for guest recommendations.
• Ensure accurate reporting of guest incidents, complaints and special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of city events, transport options, new openings and sightseeing opportunities.
• Promote in‑house resources, manage business service requests and oversee purchase orders for Concierge supplies.
• Assist in fire team duties and emergency response as needed.

Required profile

• College degree in Business, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1‑2 years experience in a public‑contact role, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle hotel brand.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly, gracious demeanor and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
