Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge leads the concierge team at Park Hyatt Dubai, delivering personalized, high‑end service to all guests, especially VIPs and repeat visitors. This senior position ensures seamless coordination of guest requests and upholds the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop the concierge team, maintaining exceptional service quality.
• Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, event bookings and other guest requests.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and tourism partners to enrich guest experiences.
• Manage daily operations of the concierge desk, handling enquiries, deliveries and information requests.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Transportation, Security and other departments.

Required profile

• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or International.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of concierge experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, dining, entertainment and transportation options.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
