Chief Executive Officer – Category-defining Consumer Gaming Platform

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead a globally‑ambitious, category‑defining consumer gaming platform. The CEO will own the full P&L, drive international expansion, and shape the product and commercial strategy for the next decade of community‑first entertainment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L and set strategic direction for a market‑leading domestic footprint and a live global roadmap.
• Lead the commercial engine, including monetisation, subscriptions, advertising, partnerships and new revenue streams.
• Partner with the Chief Product Officer to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Work with the CFO to enforce financial discipline, capital strategy and investor relations.
• Develop and nurture community, creator and publisher partnerships that power the business flywheel.
• Design and execute international expansion into new markets and user cohorts.

Required profile

• Senior iGaming operator experience (CEO, COO, MD or Deputy CEO) in a B2C real‑money gaming or fantasy sports business.
• Proven B2C growth track record with deep understanding of VIP economics, retention, ARPU and LTV.
• Global market mindset, comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and multicultural teams.
• Hands‑on builder who rolls up sleeves rather than merely caretaking.
• Board‑fluent and trusted by investors, able to represent the business to institutional shareholders and global partners.
• Comfortable in a product‑technology‑community centric model.
