Technology Recruitment Consultant / Manager

About the role

Inspire Selection, a boutique recruitment agency in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant / Manager to develop and grow its Technology/IT desk. The role combines business development, client relationship management, and full‑cycle recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Technology/IT recruitment desk.
• Proactively win new business and build a client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities, open doors and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Source, headhunt, shortlist and close candidates while delivering excellent client and candidate experiences.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of agency recruitment experience specialising in Technology/IT.
• Proven track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Technology recruitment market, preferably with UAE experience.
• Commercially driven, confident, entrepreneurial and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while valuing a supportive team environment.
