Chief Land Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Land Surveyor to lead all surveying activities on a high‑end luxury villa development in the United Arab Emirates. The role demands meticulous accuracy in setting out, leveling, and boundary control to meet premium design standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all surveying works for the luxury villa project, including roads, utilities, landscaping and external works.
• Ensure precise setting out of villas and related infrastructure.
• Review survey data, drawings and as‑built records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, engineers and consultants.
• Supervise, train and mentor on‑site survey teams.
• Resolve surveying discrepancies and site coordination issues.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of land surveying experience, preferably on luxury residential or villa projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior or lead surveying role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑end finishes and complex boundary control.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
