Chief Specialist - Development & Corporate Transformation

About the role

The Chief Specialist will lead the design and execution of development and corporate transformation initiatives, ensuring that departmental operations align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic performance reports and assess the effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Monitor implementation of projects, ensuring targets are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Develop and control the department’s annual budget, overseeing contracts and project expenditures.
• Conduct studies on development areas and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and verify key performance indicators using balanced scorecards.
• Design and implement quality management systems and continuous‑improvement processes.
• Analyze corporate performance using evaluation tools and recommend enhancements.
• Lead corporate development initiatives to boost efficiency and achieve objectives.
• Formulate performance strategies aligned with departmental goals.
• Organise workshops and training to build employee capabilities in performance and transformation.
• Review internal processes, propose improvements, and optimise resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of relevant experience (approximately 132 months).
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to develop strategic plans.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated competence in managing budgets and large‑scale projects.
