Procurement Manager – Corporate Services

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Procurement Manager for Corporate Services to lead strategic procurement across key administrative categories such as global mobility, insurance, facilities management, and real estate services. The role will manage end‑to‑end procurement projects, from supplier qualification to contract execution and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for corporate‑service categories and major projects.
• Manage the full procurement cycle: requirements clarification, sourcing, RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking and commercial analysis to identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, Facilities and Real Estate to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the procurement team, providing performance support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect or strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience managing RFPs, RFQs, tenders and commercial evaluations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent business English, both written and spoken.
