Children's Coordinator

About the role

The Children’s Coordinator will deliver engaging, professional service to young guests at Sofitel Dubai The Palm’s Kids Club, ensuring memorable experiences and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and plan daily activities, birthday parties and special events for the Kids Club.
• Create and implement arts‑and‑crafts projects, summer camps, Halloween and Christmas events.
• Train new colleagues on Kids Club operations and maintain high guest‑satisfaction standards.
• Manage inventory of supplies, maintain clean and safe environments, and oversee décor design.
• Support the Kids Club supervisor at reception during busy periods.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children, fun, creative, enthusiastic and flexible.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented, able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, reliable and responsible.
• Team player who can focus on children’s needs while remaining calm and courteous.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and execute engaging children’s programmes.
• Inventory management and basic budgeting awareness.
