Chinese Sous Chef

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chinese Sous Chef to lead our Chinese kitchen at Organic Pizza in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring authentic Cantonese dishes are delivered consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 staff to run the Chinese kitchen efficiently.
• Provide continuous training and mentorship to kitchen personnel.
• Develop and demonstrate authentic Cantonese dishes, including Dim Sum and BBQ specialties.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Assist in pre‑opening activities and menu development.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in traditional Cantonese cuisine.
• Proven expertise in Dim Sum and BBQ production.
• Previous experience in opening or pre‑opening restaurant projects.
• Strong leadership with an open mind and willingness to travel.
• Experience working in Dubai or other international cities is a plus.
