About the role
The CID Agent will ensure accurate guest registration data entry in compliance with local CID regulations, supporting smooth check‑in processes at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately input guest registration information into the CID system.
- Prepare and submit daily compliance reports to authorities.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk team to collect necessary guest data.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest records.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar data‑entry or compliance role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data‑entry software.
- Knowledge of local CID regulations.
