Citigold Private Client Relationship Banker - AVP

About the role

Citi is hiring a Citigold Private Client Relationship Banker (AVP) in Dubai. The role covers client account management, product sales and compliance for CitiGold customers, and sits in the Private Client Coverage job family.

Key responsibilities

• Review CitiGold customer needs and asset allocation, and proactively engage customers to confirm understanding of their needs
• Advise customers to deepen their relationship by mobilising additional funds and sell fee-based products and services suited to current and future needs
• Review product penetration across the assigned client base and identify prospects for tailored products
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and financial planning
• Organise customer events to strengthen customer bonds and acquire new CitiGold customers by converting referral leads
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms
• Assess risk appropriately, uphold the firm's reputation, follow policy and escalate, manage and report control issues transparently

Required profile

• Ideally 7+ years of experience in this space
• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Mandatory certifications required for selling financial products
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships and to prioritise
