Civil Drafter – High‑Rise Building Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Drafter with a solid civil engineering background to produce detailed construction drawings for high‑rise building projects. The role involves preparing, updating and coordinating civil, structural and architectural drawings to support site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil, structural and architectural drawings for high‑rise projects using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop, working, layout, section and elevation drawings based on approved designs.
• Update as‑built drawings to reflect actual site conditions.
• Review and coordinate drawings to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision histories and submit drawings on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Drafter on high‑rise building projects.
• Civil engineering background with a diploma or related qualification.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building layouts and detailing.
• Ability to work closely with engineers, architects, consultants and site teams.

Required skills

• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Technical drawing preparation for civil, structural and architectural elements.
