Civil Draftsman – Landscaping & Water Features

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman to join a leading landscaping and water‑feature contractor in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on producing accurate construction and shop drawings for swimming pools, water features, and hard‑landscaping projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed layout, section, reinforcement, finishing, setting‑out, construction, and as‑built drawings for pool and landscape works.
• Coordinate drawing sets across civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines.
• Review project specifications, design documents and consultant requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with project engineers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors, updating drawings as site conditions evolve.
• Maintain organized drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience with swimming‑pool, water‑feature and hard‑landscaping projects.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, architectural, MEP and landscape coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• UAE driving licence and personal vehicle are advantageous.
