About the role
Ptc is a leading infrastructure and road construction company seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise road and earth‑work projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring quality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise earthwork activities such as excavation, backfilling, and site grading.
- Monitor and execute road layers including subgrade, subbase, base course, and asphalt.
- Prepare and review quantity calculations using engineering software.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum three years of experience in road construction and earthwork projects within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and site supervision.
- UAE valid engineering license.
- Good communication skills.
