About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our client team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities on site.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor workforce productivity and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a main contracting company.
- Strong experience in site execution and civil construction works.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
