Civil Foreman

About the role

The Civil Foreman will supervise and coordinate on‑site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for structural, finishing, and infrastructure works, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure construction complies with specifications, drawings, and quality standards while tracking progress against schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations, manage PPE usage, and mitigate hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and provide regular progress reports.
• Inspect completed work, address defects, and support quality control audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required); Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on infrastructure, residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
