Site Foreman - Contracting and General Maintenance

About the role

Baiti Contracting and General Maintenance, based in Baniyas West 4, is looking for a hands-on Foreman to supervise daily site activities on its contracting and general maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi. The role is practical and on-site, where experience and judgment matter every day.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and keep work flowing without unnecessary delays
• Coordinate with work teams so everyone knows their tasks and deadlines
• Step in when problems arise on-site
• Ensure safety standards and quality expectations are followed
• Report progress and flag concerns to management before they become bigger issues
• Keep the crew motivated and organised, especially on hot days and tight schedules

Required profile

• Valid UAE driver's licence
• Prior experience in contracting or general maintenance
• Proven ability to manage work teams and provide on-site project supervision
• Punctuality and reliability
• Clear communication in English; Arabic or Hindi is a strong plus
• Nice to have: familiarity with Abu Dhabi's local regulations and site requirements, and experience coordinating multiple trades or subcontractors
