Civil Foreman – Job Performer

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to perform civil works on ADNOC projects in Ruwais. The role involves supervising excavation, concreting, formwork and related activities while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute civil works such as excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations and paving according to approved drawings and method statements.
• Act as Job Performer under the ADNOC PTW system, ensuring strict adherence to permit conditions and coordinating with Permit Holder, Area Authority and HSE teams.
• Monitor HSE requirements, conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses, and enforce proper use of PPE, tools and equipment.
• Report progress, unsafe conditions, near‑misses and deviations, and support inspections, quality checks and site housekeeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (or equivalent).
• ADNOC‑approved Civil Job Performer certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience on oil & gas projects, with proven work inside ADNOC facilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC PTW system, LSR and HSE requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and method statements.
• Expertise in excavation safety, formwork, concrete works and rebar installation.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses.
