Civil Procurement Engineer – High‑Rise Residential Projects

About the role

The Procurement Engineer will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for high‑rise residential property development projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while supporting project budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, tools, and subcontractor services required for projects.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare supplier quotations, prepare bid analyses and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and contract terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain supplier and vendor databases, monitor performance and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Support cost analysis for project budgeting and assist the reporting manager with procurement planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in real estate, construction or property development, specifically civil procurement for high‑rise residential buildings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply‑chain management or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to assess bids and supplier performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
