Grader Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and safety‑conscious Grader Operator to join our UAE team. The role involves operating motor graders on road construction, site development, earthworks and infrastructure projects, ensuring precise grading and surface finishing.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate motor graders to grade, level, shape and finish construction surfaces.
• Construct and maintain haul roads, access roads, work platforms and embankments according to project specifications.
• Perform final grading to achieve required elevations, slopes, drainage profiles and surface tolerances.
• Use GPS machine‑control systems and other grading technologies where applicable.
• Conduct daily pre‑start inspections, report defects and carry out basic preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• UAE Heavy Tractor/Heavy machinery License number 8.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grader Operator on oil & gas, infrastructure, reclamation or large‑scale earthworks projects.
• Proficient in English (speaking and reading).
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Required skills

• Operation of motor graders.
• Use of GPS machine‑control systems (advantage).
