Civil Project Manager

About the role

Secret Gardens LLC, an established landscaping and swimming pool company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead a variety of civil and landscaping projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers and construction teams to deliver high‑quality, luxury finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary site studies and coordinate design management with the Landscape Architect.
• Prepare project estimates, tender documents and manage approvals and inspections from authorities such as ADM, TAMM & ADDC.
• Oversee project cash‑flow, procurement of civil, MEP and pool equipment, and logistics.
• Supervise construction labourers on tasks including swimming pools, pergolas, masonry, irrigation and planting.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai as a site engineer, project manager or landscape manager.
• Civil engineering degree.
• Proven experience in procurement of civil, MEP, plants and swimming‑pool finishes with strong market knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
