Civil Project Manager - Residential G+4 Buildings

About the role

Silver Land Contracting L.L.C is looking for a proactive, results-driven Civil Project Manager to manage and execute residential building projects (G+4) in Dubai. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality and safety standards, coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, procurement and management. It is a hands-on position requiring strong control of site activities, planning and coordination.

• Accountability and ownership

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Around 10 to 15 years of experience in construction projects
• Mandatory proven experience in residential building projects (G+4) in the UAE
• Strong familiarity with UAE authority approvals and processes
• Leadership, team coordination, communication and reporting skills, and ability to manage multiple site challenges
