Civil Project Manager (with EMAAR Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a proven track record on EMAAR properties to lead and deliver large‑scale construction projects from concept through handover. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to ensure projects meet quality, budget and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with quality, budget and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 20 years of experience in project management, preferably on EMAAR Properties projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods and materials.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
