Master Mechanic

About the role

The Master Mechanic will work on‑site in Dubai, maintaining and repairing the company’s fleet of crawler cranes and other heavy equipment. The role ensures that all machinery is safe, reliable, and ready for rental to construction and foundation clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical issues on heavy equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform complex repairs and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with operations and rental teams to minimise equipment downtime.
• Guide and support junior technicians as needed.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.
• Hands‑on experience with heavy equipment, especially cranes.
• Relevant technical diploma, trade certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for heavy equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and service documentation.
