Civil Site Engineer

About the role

The Civil Site Engineer will coordinate between client, contractor and consultant to assess building maintenance, civil works and construction projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client, contractor and consultant to assess maintenance and construction requirements.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements and schedules.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection, progress, work and financial records.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and conduct quality inspections on ongoing and completed works.
• Oversee multiple maintenance and construction activities, meeting priorities and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a civil engineering role.
• Valid Dubai Municipality certification and UAE driving licence.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety practices.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, site supervision and contractor management skills.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and able to join within 1‑2 weeks.
