Civil Site Engineer – Junior & Senior Positions (Dubai)

About the role

We are a leading construction company in Dubai seeking qualified Civil Site Engineers for two distinct levels: a Junior position (0‑2 years experience) and a Senior position (minimum 5 years, G+11 building experience). Both roles involve on‑site supervision, coordination, and quality control of construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project engineers.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to Dubai construction regulations.
• Resolve on‑site issues, manage project schedules, and attend coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Junior: 0‑2 years of experience (internship experience accepted). Senior: Minimum 5 years of UAE building construction experience, specifically on G+11 or higher projects.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and project coordination.
