Civil Site Inspector – Power Generation (Dubai)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Civil Site Inspector to join a confidential independent power producer (IPP) project in Dubai. You will be responsible for verifying that all civil and structural works meet the project’s quality standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect earthworks, excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, foundations, buildings, roads, and drainage.
• Verify work against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists.
• Witness and document civil tests such as concrete testing and soil compaction.
• Identify defects, non‑conformities, unsafe conditions and compile punch‑list items.
• Maintain daily inspection records, photographic evidence, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the Civil Engineer, QA/QC team, EPC contractor, and HSE team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of civil site inspection experience.
• Experience on industrial, power, utility, infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Preferably familiar with UAE/GCC construction practices.
