About the role
We are seeking a Survey Inspector specialized in cut‑and‑cover and civil works to join AECOM’s Dubai team. The role involves verifying setting‑out, alignment, levels and as‑built data to ensure construction is executed accurately and in line with approved drawings.
Key responsibilities
- Verify and produce survey inspection reports, including setting‑out, control point, benchmark, level, alignment and dimensional accuracy records.
- Generate daily site survey observation reports, discrepancy or deviation reports, and progress measurement support documents.
- Review and validate survey activity logs, inspection requests and produce final as‑built verification and handover documentation.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of experience in construction surveying, site inspection or engineering survey works, preferably on large‑scale rail, tunnel or civil infrastructure projects.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven ability to identify dimensional and alignment discrepancies and coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams.
