Civil Works Technician - Carpenter

About the role

Wasael Property Management is hiring a Civil Works Technician Carpenter in Abu Dhabi. The technician performs civil works such as painting, masonry, carpentry and gypsum work, completing assigned tasks on time in line with quality, safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out civil works services (painting, gypsum, masonry and carpentry) as scheduled by the Civil Works Supervisor.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Report concerns, issues and client complaints promptly to the Supervisor so they can be corrected.
• Provide technical support so that property civil works remain in good condition.
• Deliver high-quality work and support client satisfaction objectives.
• Perform additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Technical certificate in Painting, Carpentry, Masonry or Gypsum.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Civil Works Technician in a property management, facilities management or construction environment.
• Knowledge of civil works and fit-out techniques for buildings and basic health and safety practices.
• Basic English communication skills.
