Claims Processing Officer

About the role

The Claims Processing Officer ensures claims are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting customer satisfaction and retention for Allianz Partners in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process claims according to established procedures and service standards.
• Provide accurate, professional responses to client inquiries and collaborate with other departments for timely resolution.
• Participate in medical training to improve terminology knowledge and claims processing proficiency.
• Support team productivity goals, meet SLA targets and assist the Team Leader in driving team engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, paramedical, finance, business administration, insurance or related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably in clinical, paramedical, TPA or insurance roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and accuracy skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Legally permitted to work in the UAE and physically fit for duties.
