About the role

The Claims Processing Officer ensures claims are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting customer satisfaction and retention for Allianz Partners in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Review and process claims according to established procedures and service standards.
Provide accurate, professional responses to client inquiries and collaborate with other departments for timely resolution.
Participate in medical training to improve terminology knowledge and claims processing proficiency.
Support team productivity goals, meet SLA targets and assist the Team Leader in driving team engagement.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in a medical, paramedical, finance, business administration, insurance or related field (preferred).
1‑2 years experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably in clinical, paramedical, TPA or insurance roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication and accuracy skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Legally permitted to work in the UAE and physically fit for duties.
